SMART objectives are essential for aiding decision-making and helping future success for our business (Chaffey and smith). They are clearer and easier to make progress as the target is clear and realistic. SMART objectives focus on ensuring that the target is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
Objective 1
Promote consumer retention and loyalty by 15% within the next 6 Months.

Introduce a social media platform on Instagram and grow reach to 4000 followers within the next 6 Months.
Objective 3
Introduce traffic by email marketing and grow our email list to 7,000 people In the next 6 months.
Pulse Pilates have set our SMART objectives, our business wants to encourage consumer retention for the benefits of our consumers. This is really important for us in order to get real results from customers to share their stories with others. Our second objective is about introducing our second stream of media. It's important for a business to expand its media platforms to reach target audiences, boost visibility and catch up with competitors who also have a second media stream. (Thompson, 2023) We chose Instagram as it's trending and pictures can be shared aesthetically, to which our target market is probably on Instagram and we will have a higher reach using this platform. Our objective 3, about introducing email marketing will create a higher conversion rate and using similar web, we noticed that competitors don’t use this method so Pulse Pilates will take advantage of this.
